kelly osbourne, in tony ward couture, at the 2011 oscars was perfection.
from the adorble cap sleeves and ribbon-tied waist, to the open scoop back and piles of ruched fleurs in the train.
the neutral dove grey and raw silk gown suited her tiny frame and edgy, but completely gorgeous style (check out those hot pink lips and her many tattoos- she makes it work!).
